During quality checks, we identified two separate issues affecting this batch:
• The neckband runs tighter than intended due to the PVC material (which has minimal stretch) combined with a manufacturing oversight.
• There is dye transfer affecting this colourway. Due to the nature of the fabric, there may be some dye transfer from the pink into the white PVC panels on this colourway. Images have been provided for transparency.
Because of both of these (2) disclosed issues, these items are offered at a heavily reduced price and are classified as FINAL SALE. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these disclosed issues.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for garments where both issues are present, as the price reflects this.
Neckband Adjustment Support
To assist with the neckband fit, each order includes one spare clasp. This clasp is wider than the original and can be used to create a slightly larger neck opening if replaced.
There is also a small amount of excess fabric within the neckband seam, allowing it to be let out slightly during alteration for additional room if needed.

If you purchased this design prior to the price reduction and experience tightness in the neckband, you are eligible for compensation to match the current sale price.

Rhinestone Application
Rhinestones do not adhere securely to PVC due to its smooth, high-gloss surface. Stones can only be applied to areas with stitching, where the glue is able to grip into the thread. If you are planning to add rhinestones, please keep this in mind when selecting your colourway.
The Coral & Navy colourway (featuring navy Lycra with neon coral PVC) is the most suitable option for stoning, as the Lycra panels provide the best surface for secure rhinestone application.

Due to platform limitations, please review your cart carefully before checkout.
We do not combine separate orders and any shipping paid across multiple orders will not be refunded. If you need to add items to your order, you must email us immediately, and changes are only possible before dispatch with a $10 amendment fee. Orders are processed quickly, so amendments are not guaranteed and cannot be made once shipped; alternatively, you may place a new order for any missed items. All shipping fees, including Express Post, are non-refundable and no compensation is provided for delays or carrier issues. Orders that exceed size or weight limits may incur additional shipping fees, which will be invoiced at the time of packing and must be paid before dispatch.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia. Dazzle Me Dancewear is GST registered and required to charge 10% GST on all goods purchased within Australia. The export of goods from Australia is GST-free, and all international customers (located outside of Australia) will not be charged GST.
DMDC does not cover any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges imposed by the destination country, and all such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient as determined by local authorities. Orders cannot be cancelled, refused, or returned due to failure or refusal to pay applicable import charges, and all items are declared at full value in accordance with Australian export regulations. If an order is refused and returned to sender (DMDC), the customer forfeits the shipping paid and the product will be refunded and returned to stock; if the customer still wants the product, it must be repurchased. Only the product cost will be refunded, and no shipping or U.S. tariff refunds will be issued for returned packages.
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to applicable import tariffs, which are calculated at checkout via Zonos, charged per package, and remitted to the U.S. government on the customer’s behalf. The U.S. tariff cannot be avoided and is the sole responsibility of the customer, and DMDC will not cover this cost. If the tariff is not automatically applied at checkout due to a system error, it will be added post-purchase and must be paid prior to dispatch; orders will not be shipped until payment is received, even if tracking has been issued. If the tariff remains unpaid for an extended period, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Once an order has shipped, tariff payments are non-refundable under any circumstances; however, if an order is cancelled prior to shipping, the order, including the tariff, will be refunded in full.
