The Silhouette 2.0 Slip Dress is a delicate lace dress designed to enhance clean lines and effortless elegance. Now produced in the intended longer length, this updated release reflects our standard fit expectations following a previous batch that was cut shorter than planned.

The bodice features a fully lined satin bra area, providing subtle sheen and coverage beneath the lace for a polished stage look.

By purchasing this option, you’ll receive the Silhouette Base  in your chosen size, professionally dazzled by the DMDC team to closely match the images shown, ensuring maximum sparkle and stage impact.

⏱️ Lead Time:
Orders from our Ready Right Now collection are already made and will be dispatched on our next packing day. Shipping labels may be created prior to dispatch, so your tracking may show as “Label Created” — this is normal and simply means your order is booked in for shipment.

If your order includes both Ready Right Now items and dazzled-to-order pieces, your order will be shipped once all items are complete, and standard 2–3 week production timeframes will apply to the dazzled-to-order items.

Colour Note: Please refer to the final colour swatch image for the most accurate shade, as the product photos may appear more blue than in real life. Colours may appear differently across various screens and devices. We do our very best to accurately represent each colour and match it to its true shade. If you are not satisfied with the colour you receive, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our returns policy for a refund.

Lace Fabric Disclaimer

Lace is a delicate fabric and may pull or snag with wear. Due to its open and intricate structure, it is particularly susceptible to snagging during ground work in dances, and can easily catch on fingernails, hair pins, jewellery, or glasses.

While it is less common, minor snags may occasionally be present upon opening the garment as a result of manufacturing and handling.

By purchasing a lace item, you acknowledge and accept that snagging may occur with wear or handling. If the issue is significant or you are not satisfied, you are welcome to return the item in accordance with our refund policy. Please note that snags in lace cannot be repaired.

 

Shipping & Returns

Due to platform limitations, please review your cart carefully before checkout.
We do not combine separate orders and any shipping paid across multiple orders will not be refunded. If you need to add items to your order, you must email us immediately, and changes are only possible before dispatch with a $10 amendment fee. Orders are processed quickly, so amendments are not guaranteed and cannot be made once shipped; alternatively, you may place a new order for any missed items. All shipping fees, including Express Post, are non-refundable and no compensation is provided for delays or carrier issues. Orders that exceed size or weight limits may incur additional shipping fees, which will be invoiced at the time of packing and must be paid before dispatch.

Refunds and Returns

GST & Taxes

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia. Dazzle Me Dancewear is GST registered and required to charge 10% GST on all goods purchased within Australia. The export of goods from Australia is GST-free, and all international customers (located outside of Australia) will not be charged GST.

DMDC does not cover any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges imposed by the destination country, and all such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient as determined by local authorities. Orders cannot be cancelled, refused, or returned due to failure or refusal to pay applicable import charges, and all items are declared at full value in accordance with Australian export regulations. If an order is refused and returned to sender (DMDC), the customer forfeits the shipping paid and the product will be refunded and returned to stock; if the customer still wants the product, it must be repurchased. Only the product cost will be refunded, and no shipping or U.S. tariff refunds will be issued for returned packages.

Orders shipped to the United States are subject to applicable import tariffs, which are calculated at checkout via Zonos, charged per package, and remitted to the U.S. government on the customer’s behalf. The U.S. tariff cannot be avoided and is the sole responsibility of the customer, and DMDC will not cover this cost. If the tariff is not automatically applied at checkout due to a system error, it will be added post-purchase and must be paid prior to dispatch; orders will not be shipped until payment is received, even if tracking has been issued. If the tariff remains unpaid for an extended period, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Once an order has shipped, tariff payments are non-refundable under any circumstances; however, if an order is cancelled prior to shipping, the order, including the tariff, will be refunded in full.
